CLOSING. The Resurrection
of Jesus Christ.
We adore you, O Christ,
and praise you -
Because by Your Holy Cross, you have redeemed the world.
When the sabbath was passed
the women brought spices to annoint Jesus. They arrived at the
tomb early the first day of the week. But the stone at the entrance
of the tomb had been rolled back and in the tomb was a young
man clothed in a white robe who said to them: "Do not be
terrified. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified.
He has risen, He is not here."
